Submitting a Tool
How to add your AI tool to ToolsGrid.
Before you start
Go to Submit a tool. You must be signed in with a verified account. Your submission then appears on your Dashboard.
Make sure you are authorized to represent the product and that the information you provide is accurate. You must be at least 18 years old.
What you'll need
- A ToolsGrid account (sign up or sign in first)
- Project name (up to 50 characters)
- Website URL — must start with
https://orhttp:// - Your account email is used to contact you about the submission (it is not shown as a public contact on the tool page)
What happens next
Your submission is saved for admin review. We do not run AI or scrape your website automatically at submit time.
An admin will review the request, may generate or edit listing details with AI assistance (description, media, and related fields), and publish or schedule it when ready. You remain responsible for confirming that you may represent the product and that the listing is accurate and lawful.
Review process
Submissions are reviewed before they go live. We may reject or request changes to listings that are incomplete, misleading, off-topic, or violate our Terms of Service.
Content standards
We accept general-purpose AI tools (writing, images, coding, productivity, and similar). We do not accept listings whose primary purpose is adult-only services, illegal activity, or non-consensual imagery. Tool pages on ToolsGrid do not display NSFW media.
By submitting, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the product, that you are at least 18 years old, and that the listing is accurate and lawful.
After approval
Once published, your tool appears in the directory and on its own page at /tool/your-slug. To request changes, removal, or to report a problem (including logo, screenshot, or suspected scam), use the report section on our Legal page.
Tips for a strong listing
- Use a clear, honest product name
- Provide the official website URL
- Use an email address you check regularly
