Creating an account

Sign up at /sign-up with a nickname, email, and password (or a supported OAuth provider, where enabled). An account is required to submit a tool and to view your submissions on the Dashboard.

On the signup form you can optionally agree to receive ToolsGrid emails. Leave the box unchecked if you only want an account. Service emails (for example email verification or password reset) may still be sent when needed.

Dashboard

Your Dashboard shows tools you submitted while signed in, their review or launch status, and links to view live pages. You cannot edit listing details from the Dashboard.

Payments

ToolsGrid uses secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or Polar, depending on configuration) for sponsorship plans only. Directory listings are free.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Receipts and billing questions should reference the email address used at checkout.

Refunds

Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable once fulfillment has started, except where required by law or at our sole discretion for billing errors.

Emails

If you opt in at signup, we may send product news and similar updates. You can unsubscribe from a link in those emails. Signing up without the checkbox does not add you to the newsletter.

Deleting your account

To request account deletion and removal of associated personal data, contact us at the email on our Legal page. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
