Q: How do I submit my AI tool?

Create an account (or sign in), then go to Submit a tool , enter your website URL, and complete the form. See the submitting a tool guide for details.

Question 1

What is ToolsGrid?

Accepted Answer

ToolsGrid (toolsgrid.ai) is an AI tools directory. Browse curated listings, filter by category and pricing, compare tools side by side, and discover software for writing, coding, marketing, and more.

Question 2

Is ToolsGrid free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Browsing, searching, filtering, and comparing tools is free. Creating an account and submitting a listing is also free. Sponsorships are the only paid option on ToolsGrid.

Question 3

How does the Compare feature work?

Accepted Answer

Click Compare on any tool card to add it to your list (up to 20 tools). Open the compare panel to review details side by side. Your list is saved in your browser's local storage on the same device.

Question 4

Do you endorse the tools listed on ToolsGrid?

Accepted Answer

No. ToolsGrid is a directory, not the maker of listed tools. Listings are for discovery and comparison only — not reviews, rankings, or endorsements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or performance of third-party products. Always review a tool's official website and terms before use.

Question 5

Does ToolsGrid host or generate adult content?

Accepted Answer

No. ToolsGrid is a directory of third-party AI tools. We do not host, generate, or display explicit or adult content on our website. Some external tools may offer features subject to their own terms and age restrictions — always review the official site before use.

Question 6

What is the minimum age to use ToolsGrid?

Accepted Answer

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use ToolsGrid.

Question 7

Will you email me?

Accepted Answer

We send service emails when needed, such as email verification or a password reset. Newsletter and product-update emails go only to people who opt in on the signup form. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Question 8

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Visit our Help Center or email us from the Legal page.

Question 9

How do I submit my AI tool?

Accepted Answer

Create an account (or sign in), then go to Submit a tool, enter your website URL, and complete the form. See the submitting a tool guide for details.

Question 10

When do new listings launch?

Accepted Answer

Approved tools go live in three UTC waves each day (00:00, 08:00, and 16:00). We limit launches to about 30 per day so each product gets meaningful visibility.

Question 11

Are listings paid?

Accepted Answer

No. All directory listings are free. There are no premium listing tiers or paid placement options in the catalog. Sponsorships are separate paid advertising slots — see the Sponsors section below.

Question 12

How do I report a scam, rights issue, or ask to remove a listing?

Accepted Answer

Use the report section on our Legal page. Tell us the tool URL, who you are, and what you need (for example remove a logo or screenshot, or flag a suspected scam). We usually reply very quickly, and in any case within one week.

Question 13

Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Accepted Answer

Not on your own. Listings cannot be edited from your Dashboard or tool page after submission. If something needs to change, contact us from the Legal page with your tool name and the updates you need.

Question 14

What does my Dashboard show?

Accepted Answer

Your Dashboard shows tools you submitted while signed in, and their review or launch status. You can view live tool pages from the Dashboard, but you cannot edit listing details yourself.

Question 15

How quickly will my sponsorship go live?

Accepted Answer

Within 1–2 business days after payment and asset approval.

Question 16

Where will my sponsorship appear?

Accepted Answer

At the top of the homepage AI tools feed and in the Sponsors sidebar on every tool page. Only 3 slots are available at a time.

Question 17

Accepted Answer

1 Month ($200), 3 Months ($550 — Best Value), and 6 Months ($1,000). All are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

Question 18

What products can sponsor?

Accepted Answer

AI tools, SaaS, dev products, and related services that fit our audience. We may decline brands that are off-topic or misaligned.

Question 19

What are the logo requirements?

Square logo in PNG, JPG, or SVG format, minimum 200×200px, plus a short description and destination URL.

Accepted Answer

Join the waitlist on the Sponsors page. We will notify you when a slot opens.

Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable once processing begins, except where required by law or for billing errors. Contact us if you have a concern.
