How listings go live

Approved tools are scheduled for launch — the moment they become prominently visible on ToolsGrid. Launches are processed daily at 8:00 AM UTC.

We limit the number of launches per day so each product receives meaningful visibility.

Free listings

All directory listings are free. There are no premium tiers, paid placement options, or listing fees.

Website links on listings use nofollow attributes by default (standard practice for user-submitted directory links). We do not guarantee search-engine rankings or traffic outcomes.

Scheduling

After your submission is approved, we schedule the launch date. You do not pick a launch slot during submission — track status from your Dashboard.

Updating your listing

You cannot edit a live listing yourself from the Dashboard or tool page. If details change after publication, contact us at the email on our Legal page with your tool name and the updates you need. We may update or remove outdated listings at our discretion.
