Overview

How ZGI Works

ZGI functions as an enterprise AI foundation designed to facilitate the creation and deployment of AI agents within a business environment. It provides an agent runtime that enables these agents to load specific 'Skills,' access company knowledge, utilize live data, and interact with various tools to perform tasks efficiently.

The platform includes a robust Model Gateway, allowing businesses to connect with a wide array of global and domestic large language model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and Qwen. This gateway enables central control over model selection, routing policies based on quality, availability, cost, or region, and governance for access and quotas.

Agent Lifecycle Management

ZGI offers a comprehensive workspace for managing the entire agent lifecycle. Users can design agents, orchestrate complex workflows, and query business databases using natural language. The platform aims to give agents an ongoing role with a persistent identity, allowing them to understand context, exercise judgment, and carry assignments through to completion across different information systems and teams. Future integrations are planned for communication channels like Email, Lark, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeCom, and DingTalk, enabling agents to receive assignments and deliver results directly within team conversations.
